Juanita Bynum, the fiery televangelist and best selling author, was savagely attacked by her estranged husband in an Atlanta hotel parking lot. The reason for their meeting was to reconcile their marriage.

Bynum, whose ministry is based in Waycross, and her estranged husband,Thomas W. Weeks III, had met up at Renaissance Concourse Hotel near Atlanta's
Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport to try to reconcile, Atlanta police
said. But while at the parking lot about 4 a.m., the two got into a physical
fight until a bellman at the hotel pulled Bynum's husband off her, Officer
Ronald Campbell said. "She was bruised up and battered," Campbell said. "She
had purple bruising around her neck and upper torso."
The husband, who is also a preacher, left the scene. No charges have been filed against him, according to police.(SOURCE)

Mel B Married Since June

Dang, the girl can move quick. Mel B gave birth in April and married in June. It was reported that Mel married her boyfriend, Steven Belafonte, sometime in June.

I guess the heartache of Eddie moving on finally hit her.

Eddie Murphy Proposes to Tracey Edmonds

According to OK! Mag, Eddie proposed to his girlfriend of 10 months, Tracey Edmonds this past week (July 25). The ring is reported to be a "massive" Cartier yellow diamond engagement ring --roughly 8 carats.

“They’re very adorable together, very happy,” a friend of the couple tells OK!

“She looked very happy,” an eyewitness tells OK!. “She was proudly showing off the ring.”

Eddie has five children with first wife Nicole Mitchell. The marriage ended after 12 years and the divorce was finalized in April last year. He also has a child, Angel Iris Murphy Brown born April 3, with ex-girlfriend Melanie Brown, aka Scary Spice. In June, a court-ordered DNA paternity test confirmed that he was the father.

Tracey has two sons from her marriage to Babyface from their 13-year marriage.

The couple (or should I say their reps) has not announced any wedding details.

usher has issued a letter squashing the lies that have been running rampant over the net.

Here is the letter in its entirety:

"It has already been announced that I plan to marry this year. However, since my wedding day will be special to Tameka and I, this is information that we would like to keep private. It's disturbing that the media and bloggers (under the guise as 'fans') continuously speculate on the personal aspects of my life,therefore making assumptions and wrong insinuations that my fans are subject to believe.

"I am happy, excited, completely clear and independent on my direction, feelings, decisions and I am NOT BEING LED. Some media and bloggers have been totally intrusive, they have misconstrued aspects of my personal life and, because of this, my 'true' fans are not sure about what is fact and what is fiction. There is a difference in stating an opinion versus drawing a conclusion that is incorrect.

"As previously reported, I have NEVER threatened or harassed anyone from any media format – print, radio, television or Internet media. At this point the best thing to say to my fans is just because it sounds enticing and it MAY sound 'true,' that does not make it truth. I understand the fact that I must sacrifice some anonymity for the career I love, however some things are personal like having a child or a marriage. These aspects are not for the public and, to me, are sacred. I would hope my privacy in these areas would be respected."

Today, Sandra Rose reported that Tameka Foster is on the war path. Ms. Foster is reportedly attempting to shut down usherforever.com - a popular fansite dedicated to her newest baby daddy, Usher.

What got Tameka's panties all bunch up is the comments left by fans who are mad with Tameka and Usher's impending nuptials. A lot of Usher's fans see her as an opportunistic, gold-digging "word rhymes with witch."
