Juanita Bynum, the fiery televangelist and best selling author, was savagely attacked by her estranged husband in an Atlanta hotel parking lot. The reason for their meeting was to reconcile their marriage.

Bynum, whose ministry is based in Waycross, and her estranged husband,Thomas W. Weeks III, had met up at Renaissance Concourse Hotel near Atlanta's
Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport to try to reconcile, Atlanta police
said. But while at the parking lot about 4 a.m., the two got into a physical
fight until a bellman at the hotel pulled Bynum's husband off her, Officer
Ronald Campbell said. "She was bruised up and battered," Campbell said. "She
had purple bruising around her neck and upper torso."
The husband, who is also a preacher, left the scene. No charges have been filed against him, according to police.(SOURCE)

I hope her story will let women know that it is not ok to stay in an abusive relationship.

Does God Exist?

Hello my peoples!

Today is a very interesting day. As I was trying to decide on what to write to you about today, my Lord chose the subject matter for me.

On Yahoo! there was an article that stated a scientist had proof that God exists. I'll say that again for the unenlightened, a scientist... excuse me, physicist has "proof" that God, the most Holy of Holy, exists. I don't know about you, but I find this hard to except.

My religion, my salvation is based on faith. Faith that Jesus will return to claim His throne. I don't know how many readers have seen Constantine starring Keanu Reeves. Well if you haven't here's a synopsis. Reeves portrays an exorcist that can see demons and banish them back to hell. His gift is his curse because at a young age he successfully committed suicide only to be revived by paramedics. But Being legally dead for 2 minutes allowed Constantine to visit hell and see the horrors of Satan first hand. Since he knew there was a heaven and hell, he did not have what any true believer must have... faith.

Faith delivered Goliath unto David. Faith kept Daniel out of the lion's stomach. Faith shook the walls of Jericho. And it was faith that allowed Paul and Silas to give praise and sing hymns while imprisoned in Phillippi.

I leave you with this. Too often we try to humanize God. We try to make Him into our "bbf" instead of giving the Lord reverence and praise. You can not explain divinity with mathematics. Science tells us that 1 + 1 = 2. In Christ that answer is a fallacy. Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother; and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh. - Genesis 2:24

{1 + 1 = 1} That is a true quantum leap of faith!

'The Divas of Gospel' Tour Presented by Chrysler

Churches, auditoriums, and theatres from Florida to California will be blessed when the ‘Chrysler Presents Divas of Gospel tour’ comes to their area.

The 8-city tour will be from April 26 – June 3.

The tour is headlined by Yolanda Adams and Mary Mary. Tye Tribbet, G.A. and Dottie Peoples will performed at select venues a long the tour.
