Tom Sizemore and Heidi Fleiss Settles Suit

It has been reported that Sizemore and former madam, Heidi Fleiss, have settle.

According to MSN.com, papers in filed Friday in court states that resolutions were reached. As of right now, the terms have not been disclosed (wonder if Smoking Gun will have it by this afternoon???).

In a lawsuit filed in 2004, Fleiss alleged she suffered emotional distress after the "Black Hawk Down" actor threatened to contact authorities to try to have her probation revoked. Fleiss also claimed Sizemore destroyed or gave away her furniture.
